When to renew your subscription?

The subscription must be renewed on or before the expiration date of the current subscription. Subscribers have a one-month grace period after the expiration of their existing subscription. Once this grace period finishes, a new application form must be submitted and the application will be subject to all rules and conditions applied to first-time applicants, such as the waiting period.

• The company must contact CCI at +962 6 554 4970 ext. 188 or 189 in order to renew their subscription.
• CCI will send the company a list of its employees who are currently enrolled in CCI to validate before their subscription is renewed.
• CCI will arrange the payment process with the company accordingly.
• CCI will issue membership cards for all participating employees and administer them to the company.
