Corporate Subscription

• All local or international corporations are eligible to enroll their employees and their employees’ families in CCI.
• There is no age limit for subscriptions.
• The company wishing to subscribe should contact CCI at 0096265544970 ext. 191-194.
• The company must give the names of its participating employees to CCI.
• CCI will arrange the payment process with the company.
• CCI will issue membership cards for all participating employees and administer them to the company.

Any contact between a participating employee and CCI will be made through the company.

• The subscription agreement/application form will be the basis of subscription to CCI.
• In order to receive benefits and discounts, CCI subscribers must present their CCI cards when arriving for appointments at KHCC.
