Yes, you can. However, we emphasize that the subscription form is a legally binding contract, and anyone who signs it must be fully aware of the content of the form before personally signing it.
Yes, we are keen on the continuity of your subscription. We remind subscribers via SMS of their subscription renewal date.
We encourage you not to perceive CCI as a financial burden, but rather a way to prioritize your health and protect yourself. The insurance subscription fee is only a fraction of the many other costs associated with cancer treatment, which are likely to be significantly more than the cost of insurance.
Cancer is usually associated with aging, but it is a disease that does not differentiate between adults and children. Therefore, it is crucial that you protect yourself, regardless of your age. Furthermore, your subscription to CCI at a young age will give you the opportunity to raise awareness about early detection and obtain a free annual clinical examination at the KHCC, in addition to discounts on x-rays, endoscopies, and all laboratory tests. Your subscription has great human value, as it contributes to covering the treatment costs of someone with cancer, wherein it is a solidarity program.
The cost of treatment is calculated according to the fees approved by the Ministry of Health and the Jordanian Medical Association in terms of admission costs and doctors’ wages. CCI members can also get special discounts that will be directly reflected on their bill.
KHCC is a nonprofit center, which means that it does not have profits to be distributed among owners and shareholders. That said, it is globally acknowledged that cancer treatment is very expensive. KHCC cannot provide treatment for free, as we rely on the donations of our generous supporters to be able to cover the treatment of underprivileged patients who have no provider that covers the costs of their treatment. This is part of our highly-prioritized humanitarian mission.
The Royal Court covers the treatment costs for many Jordanian cancer patients at various governmental hospitals. CCI membership grants you exclusive treatment at the KHCC, the first in the Arab world to obtain JCI accreditation as a center specializing in cancer treatment. This means that the insurance benefits are not limited to financial coverage, you will be in safe hands, and you will receive world-class treatment.
CCI is obliged to cover all medical procedures recommended by the treating physician at KHCC within the coverage ceiling until the full value of the coverage specified in the subscription is exhausted, even if the subscriber is diagnosed on the last day of their subscription’s validity. In addition, KHCC follows universal treatment protocols to ensure that patients do not undergo unnecessary procedures.
Studies have shown that the risk of developing cancer increases with age. CCI believes that people who are less likely to have cancer should not pay the same subscription fees as people who are more susceptible to the disease. As such, CCI considers statistics from specialized studies and sets its prices accordingly.
