Membership Renewal / Individual Subscribers

  • When to Renew
    You must renew your membership on or before the date of expiry of the existing membership. Members have a two-month grace period after the expiry of the existing membership to renew, otherwise a new application form must be submitted and the application will be subject to all rules and conditions applied to first-time applicants such as the waiting period.
     
  • Where to Renew
    You can renew your membership through one of the following ways:
    • Visit the CCP Head Office (at the King Hussein Cancer Foundation) in Um Uthaina (from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. except on Fridays).
    • Visit the CCP counter at the King Hussein Cancer Center on Queen Rania St. (from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. every day except Fridays and Saturdays).
    • Visit any Aramex Office in Zarqa, Aqaba and Irbid.
    • Visit our permanent location at City Mall (Carrefour entrance right next to Mothercare).
    • Through our courier delivery service which delivers membership cards and receives payments while you are at your home or workplace. Call us at (06) 55 44 970 ext.126/128 if you would like to use this service.
       
  • Increasing Your Coverage Limit
    You can choose to increase your coverage limit when renewing your membership and the membership fee will be increased accordingly. The coverage limit cannot be increased while the membership agreement is still in effect.
     
  • Two-Year Membership
    Instead of renewing for the standard one-year membership period, you may choose to subscribe for a two-year membership (with CCP’s prior approval and subject to the same terms and conditions) by paying the membership fees for two years in advance.
